- Office Duties –
- Support our Non-Honda Customers
- Complete Sheets/Trucks, Packlists, CBO’s, QDSRs, NC’s
- Finalize Past Due, Shipping Lists, Clearing End of Night
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Possess excellent verbal/written communication skills and respect for others.
- Ability to work and maintain composure in stressful situations.
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently with employees verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. occasionally.
- Involves stooping/bending & reaching frequently (floor/waist/shoulder).
- Able to work in a non-airconditioned environment.
- Flexibility to provide coverage when and where needed.
